Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho is about to undergo a medical at Borussia Dortmund, according to Fabrizio Romano. The Italian journalist has reported on X that Dortmund have agreed a deal with United to sign Sancho on loan in the January transfer window.
Sancho will stay on loan at Dortmund for the rest of the season. Part of the winger’s salary will be covered by the German club, who will to make the deal permanent in the summer of 2024. The 23-year-old England international winger joined United from Dortmund in the summer of 2021.

The 23-year-old has made 58 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. The winger has scored nine goals and given six assists in those games. Sancho has not played for United since August when he fell out with manager Erik ten Hag. United are eighth in the Premier League table at the moment with 31 points from 20 matches, while Dortmund currently find themselves fifth in the Bundesliga standings with 27 points from 16 games.
